Any cheap lodging on St.John's island in july/aug?
The island of St. John is extremely expensive as far as Caribbean destinations go. While you should be able to find accomodations for a much better price during the summer months, they may still break your budget.

If you can forgo luxury and don't mind a camping sort of experience. Definitely look into Maho Bay or Cinnamon Bay campgrounds.

I think the US Park Service still rents low budget tent like cabins there for dirt cheap.
